Harry's lovely! A wonderful composition!

Artist's Description

This was little Harry, the little squirrel who was my friend and came into the house every day for her lunch.

After I had named the sweet little creature (the name was chosen because of our Prince Harry and his red hair), I discovered he was in fact female but it was too late to change as she ran towards me when I called - so Harry stuck.

She was grey but had quite a lot of red markings especially on her magnificent big bushy tail. I could go out into the garden and call her name and she would come running if she was anywhere within ear shot !

One day in the summer she did not turn up and I feared that something terrible had happened to her. My best guess is that she was run over by a car to my distress and I have not seen her since.

........................I do miss her so.
